Delivery and Returns
Postage and Packaging
We like to keep things nice and simple at Loula Bells and don’t want to give our customers any surprises when you reach our checkout. As such all UK orders currently receive free standard UK delivery. All orders will normally be sent via Royal Mail First Class post. We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days and you will normally receive your order within 3-4 working days. Large, urgent or overseas orders can be sent by courier / next day delivery but will incur additional cost. Please contact us for further details at

Accepting Delivery
As our free delivery is via the Royal Mail it is not possible for us to guarantee a specific delivery time or date and your order should arrive promptly within your usual postal routine. The delivery person will not be authorised by us to leave your order at any alternative address (or location) other than that specified on your order. As when ordering anything online that requires delivery, you must take responsibility for accepting the delivery.
Returns and Refunds
At Loula Bells we value our customers and want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Therefore if you are unhappy with your order, then items in 'as new'/'as supplied' condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All items should be returned in their original packaging with any tags still attached and sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept any form of liability for the loss or damage of returned goods. Refunds will only be given once Loula Bells has received the returned goods and confirmed that they are in 'as new'/'as supplied' condition. If this is not the case items will be returned to the purchaser at the purchasers cost. Shipping costs will only be paid by Loula Bells if the return is a result of our error i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. We will require a copy of the proof of postage detailing the postage costs in order to issue a refund. For health and hygiene reasons we cannot offer any form of refund on earrings.

Transaction Details
All product prices shown on www.loulabells.co.uk are in £’s GBP and are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery costs. All credit card transactions online at www.loulabells.co.uk are processed using PayPal’s secure payment gateway. All products advertised for sale online are subject to availability. Your payment will be debited at time of placing your order regardless of current stock availability and you will receive an order confirmation email issuing you with an order reference number. This ensures that the stock can be allocated to an authorised transaction once available. We reserve the right to remove, amend or modify any product, description or price at any time.
Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. To cancel your order please email us at
sales@loulabells.co.uk stating your order number. Email confirmation will be given once your order has been cancelled or amended.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Loula Bells hopes that your goods arrive promptly and in good condition. If, however, your goods are damaged in any way, or they are the incorrect items, please email us at
sales@loulabells.co.uk to arrange for immediate return to Loula Bells. We will refund your postage and replace the items as quickly as possible. We apologise in advance for the inconvenience that this may cause you.
Privacy and Security
